I came to this Sprint store to have my 4th, yes, 4th phone checked and replaced. The tech ordered me a new phone, but accused me of downloading an application that came with the phone. Wow. The replacement came before I could get back…

Sprint will steal minutes, add not authorized charges, and has horrible reception... It specially has the worst customer service PLEASE DO NOT GET CONTRACT WITH THEM!
