Rob was fast and professional. Said he would show up between 1-2pm, and was at my door at 1pm sharp. Was extremely nice and helped me move some of the bigger furniture out of the way. Set up his equipment and immediately went to work…
Worked magic on removing water stains

He met me at a time that I could be home. He was on time. He went over the stains until they came up. Was friendly and non-salesy. He will be the only carpet cleaner I ever use from now on.
Pros: Spent extra time where I needed it, dried quickly, feels new Cons: none
