  I was in a minor car accident and my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. Caliber returned my car to me much dirtier than they received it (certainly didn't detail it as is typical) after 2 and a half weeks, which was 5 days…

  Pros: none Cons: bad customer service, expensive, do only the minimum work
