The people working there are extremely rude. the order differed significantly from an actual result. after communicating with delivery person my holiday mood disappeared. It was the worst experience with florists.

These folks are splendid and patient. I needed to order flowers for a funeral and my emotions were all over the floor and my face. They were understanding and the arrangement was just perfect!
