Horseback riding on the zip line at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, camping at one of the 350 campsites, strolling through the Cedar Park Sculpture Garden or exploring the trails by bike or on foot are some of the best outdoor activities you can do at Cedar Park. Other excursions are a must - a trip to the old depot, a dinosaur themed trip to the Dinosaur Museum and a visit to the Cedar Park Museum of Natural History. It's a great place to bring your kids (who love dinosaurs) and it's done - in Jurassic Park - in the style of a dinosaur exhibit.
Activities at Brazos Bend State Park include fishing at one of the lake pier, alligator watching and staying in a sheltered campsite - in lodges or cabins.
